Availability of Items
At HitKaraoke.com we are committed to processing your order as soon as humanly possible. Orders placed weekdays and before 1:30pm on Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays are processed the next working day.

On occasion, circumstances will prevent us from processing your order within 24 hours.
If there is a circumstance that arises that will cause a delay in processing your order, you will receive notification from our order processing system. If your order will be delayed more than 5 working days, you will be contacted by one of our representatives with options to change or cancel your order.

Shipping Policies
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the order is eligible for a free shipping offer we extend at time of checkout. In some cases the shipping cost quoted at checkout may be less than the actual shipping costs. In such cases the customer will be contacted prior to shipping for notification of additional charges and the option to cancel the order.

We understand you want to receive your order as soon as humanly possible. For the large majority of orders, in-stock items received before 1:00 PM Central on regular non-holiday business days, your order will be shipped same day. We do not ship on weekends or nationally recognized holidays.

Please read these explanations of shipping times according to stock availability:

Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time

Shipping time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on stock availability. For larger orders, payment verification may occasionally delay order processing. HitKaraoke.com does neither ship nor schedule delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

We understand you want to receive your order as soon as humanly possible. For the large majority of orders, in-stock items received before 1:00 PM Central on regular non-holiday business days, your order will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or nationally recognized holidays.

The Shipping Method chosen for the order will determine how long it takes for the shipping carrier to get the package to you from the time we hand off till the time you receive.

Shipping carriers do not delivery on the weekend (except USPS). Therefore, when choosing an expedited delivery service, such as overnight delivery, do not factor weekends or holidays into the number of days. For example, an order that ships overnight on Friday will not arrive until Monday as long as Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is Labor Day, it would not arrive until Tuesday.

The USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping method is offered to our customers with the following caution: Shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) comes with a level of risk. It is a cheap way to have your package delivered, but there is not tracking or insurance. If they lose your package, they will not cover your loss.

Lastly, we understand that you place great faith in the shipping carrier to deliver your package in a timely manner. If they fail to do so, we encourage you to hold them accountable and file complaints or insurance claims if applicable. Because it is the responsiblity of the shipping carrier to deliver your package, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen we will assist you in filing claims and/or complaints with the appropriate carrier.

International Orders
HitKaraoke.com ships internationally, with the exceptions of karaoke equipment and machines. International orders require us to verify the transaction with the card holder’s credit card company. The additional verification will delay the processing of the order up to ten business days. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges that will be quoted at time of checkout.

Payment Methods
HitKaraoke.com accepts Visa and Mastercard during the time of checkout in our online store or over the phone with one of our representatives. At this time we do not accept Discover, American Express, or Personal Checks.

Alternative Payment Methods
We also accept Money Orders, Paypal, Cashier’s Checks, and Personal Checks as alternative payment methods. Alternative payment methods result in a delay of order processing because they require manual steps to complete. In order to complete an order using an alternative payment method with little delay, you must first create your order at HitKaraoke.com and proceed through the normal checkout process to the point where you are asked to supply credit card information. At the bottom of the page, click the alternative payment methods icon and proceed with the directions for each method.

Returns
All merchandise returns require you to contact us to receive a return authorization number from an authorized HitKaraoke.com representative prior to shipping the merchandise for return.

Non-defective merchandise returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Non-defective merchandise with a value over $100 is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges of non-defective merchandise.

The customer will be given the option for merchandise replacement or full refund on defective merchandise returns. HitKaraoke.com will make arrangements and payment for return shipping of defective merchandise.

If a customer returns merchandise under our defective merchandise return policy and the merchandise is found to be non-defective, the customer will be responsible for shipping and restocking fees as stated in the non-defective merchandise returns policy.
