When will my order be shipped?
In the majority of cases, we will ship orders
the same day that they are placed if they are submitted
before 2pm CST on a business day (Monday to Friday excluding
holidays). Providing that there are no problems with
your order, any order that is submitted after 2pm CST
or on a non-business day will be shipped the following
business day
Do you ship to Non-US
Locations?
We do ship internationally however we only
accept international orders over $100 in value. Please
e-mail us at orders@hitkaraoke.com to place an international
order. Additional shipping charges, order processing
and shipping times are applicable to international orders.
Will A CD+G Play on a Regular CD Player
?
A CD+G will almost always run on a regular
CD player. Obviously the ability to view the lyrics
elements of the song will be lost. We can not guarantee
that a CD+G will play on a CD player however we have
yet to hear of a single customer having problems.
Does Your Music Contain Background Vocals
and Harmonies ?
99% of all the songs that we sell contain background
vocals or harmonies. Please contact us if you are looking
for a performance version (no other lyrics present)
of a particular song and we will assist you.
Are Song Recordings by the Original Artists
?
No. This would be a gross copyright infringement.
All the songs we sell are re-creations of the original
song recorded in a studio to be as close to the original
as possible in terms of pitch, key, tempo and harmony.
We go to great efforts to only stock quality products
and avoid selling the mass off-shore produced ‘synthesizer’
songs.
How do I know that I am Buying
from a Legitimate Site ?
We use 128 bit encryption to secure your credit
card information and do not store that credit card information
anywhere in our system after the credit card has been
approved. We will NEVER solicit you for personal or
payment information by e-mail or sell / share such information
with others. |
